Capturing Hummingbirds

I’ve been trying and have learned a few things along the way. First is that a fast shutter speed is necessary to capture them in flight. Today, I was bumping up to 1/4000 sec. Also, a high-speed continuous shutter helps. The camera I have does fairly well at 3200 ISO, and I was running the aperture around f5.6 to get a bit of depth of field. My lens will go to f4, so I shot at that aperture too. Here are a few of the shots from this morning.

These are non AI images, but I did use PS to adjust tonal qualities. I’m not there yet but getting closer.
